Dragon Days Fantasy Festival

Pets Policy

The Dragon Days Fantasy Festival™ is in honor of Gary Gygax, the creator of Dungeons & Dragons® (D&D®), the world’s most famous roleplaying game. What better way to celebrate it than by bringing along a D&D® themed animal companion or familiar to the Dragon Days Fantasy Festival™?

  • Pets are welcome! Please limit one animal companion per person.

  • All pets must have proof of rabies vaccinations within 3 years (tags are sufficient).

  • All pets must be leashed and under complete control at all times; leashes may not exceed 4 feet.

  • Pet owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste in trash receptacles.

  • Pets are allowed at the outdoor festivities at Elm Park; they are not allowed indoors at any of the indoor events unless they are also a service animal. If indoors, service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness and under the control of the pet owner at all times.

  • Each pet owner must sign a hold harmless agreement, releasing the Dragon Days Fantasy Festival and the City of Lake Geneva for any negligence.

  • Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. If there is an incident, pet owners are required to report to Festival Management immediately. Pet owners may be escorted from Elm Park without refund and/or turned over to the proper authorities.

  • Festival Management retains the right to refuse entrance to any pet considered dangerous or potentially dangerous.

  • If a pet owner fails to adhere to the above rules, they may be requested to leave the Festival grounds without a refund.
