Dragon Days™ Fantasy Festival

Game Masters

Welcome Game Master,

Calling all Game Masters for Dragon Days™ Gaming, October 4th and 5th in Lake Geneva Wisconsin!

We need Game Masters to submit games of their own or to volunteer to run our pre-made Dungeons & Dragons® adventure to teach anyone how to play. Game blocks are only 3 hours but may be combined for longer games.

Game Masters volunteering to run demo games or submitting games of their own for even a single 3 hour block will be given free two-day admission to all Dragon Days™ event sites.

The venue for Dragon Days™ Fantasy Festival Gaming is the historic, Horticultural Hall.

Volunteers running the Dungeons & Dragons® demo game will be provided all of the necessary information ahead of time and equipment to be used on site.

For those running their own games, all types of gaming are welcome at this venue: war games, board games, role-playing games, card games, dice games, etc. The idea is to get a mixture of experience levels of game players here from novices to experts. We are looking for shorter games that cater to both regular players and novices. This is open gaming, so far as type of game, board, card, role-play, etc., but we respectfully ask that the games run here be overall family friendly.

  • Horticultural Hall at 330 Broad Street:

    • Gaming will be from 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday, September 4th & 5th.

      • The 3 hour morning slots are from 10-1

      • The 3 hour afternoon slots are from 2-5

NOTE: The Submission links are to fairly simple forms that are set up for a single game or time block. You will need to use the links multiple times to submit multiple games or to volunteer for multiple time blocks for the demo games.
