This large building served as TSR Hobbies' 5th Headquarters. Formerly the LRP Building, this place initially housed the company's officers and administrative staff, as well as shipping and receiving, pre-press, and inventory storage. As the company's employee population swelled into the hundreds the building provided welcome relief to their now cramped Hotel Clair location (#24). Even so, having the company's leaders separated from their creative personnel created a rift and a sort of use versus them environment. The building is now Unique Custom Decor.
