Geneva Lake Museum was established in 1983 and houses an array of local historical artifacts and displays. Their newest addition is an exhibit dedicated to Gary Gygax and his Legacy of Imagination. The display presents historical information, artifacts, and an interactive gaming environment including a deluxe gaming table donated by Hammered Game Tables that can be reserved for role-playing games. The exhibit follows the life and times of one of Lake Geneva's most famous sons and his world changing game, Dungeons & Dragons, his best selling novels, his founding of North America's largest tabletop gaming convention, and his launch of the world's first roleplaying game company—all done right here in Lake Geneva!
